Being part of a noble cause that benefits our local community is always fulfilling for me.

The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) is dedicated to providing affordable housing programs and services to residents of San Diego. Since its inception, the SDHC has steadfastly pursued its mission of ensuring that low-income and homeless individuals and families have access to quality, affordable housing.

My role involved creating a video using motion graphics to showcase some of the many services offered by the SDHC to San Diegans. Starting with a simple storyboard sketch provided to me, I used Adobe Illustrator to illustrate the diverse range of services provided by the SDHC. After completing the illustrations based on the storyboard scenes, I proceeded to animate and integrate the characters into dynamic scenes.

To captivate viewers, I crafted an animated book with flipping pages, serving as a narrative tool to convey the impactful story of how the SDHC empowers local San Diegans with access to quality, affordable housing.

Overall, the creative direction proved highly successful, effectively communicating to our audience the vital role played by the San Diego Housing Commission in supporting our community.
