Using only a script, I generated the voice for this character and created multiple AI-generated scenes featuring a 3D-style version of my client, who is a home realtor, providing home inspection tips to prospective buyers.

I designed the 3D character to closely resemble my client and generated a variety of scenes showing home inspectors examining properties, interacting with homeowners, and demonstrating different aspects of the home inspection process.

After generating the AI footage, I completed all of the post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and audio enhancement in Adobe Premiere Pro. I also created the animated text, motion graphics, and transitions in Adobe After Effects.

I was very pleased with the final result and how seamlessly the AI-generated content integrated into the finished production.
